Cancellation Policy
we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, making it necessary to reschedule or cancel training sessions. We have a flexible policy in place to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness and efficiency for all our clients. If you need to reschedule a training session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules and allocate the appropriate resources accordingly. You can contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a rescheduling. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative time slot for your training session. In the event that you need to cancel a session, we appreciate your understanding that we MAY NOT be able to provide a REFUND for the session. However, we offer the option to reschedule the session, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy mentioned above. Please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible.
